Hello! My name is Micayla. I am 24 years old, a graduate theology student, and a freelance photographer. When I was in high school, I started taking photos of nature just for fun, but what began as a mere hobby transformed into my favorite thing ever.
My Catholic faith is the most important part of my life and it is my greatest joy to have the opportunity of bringing that into my work of capturing God’s creation. When I am not taking photos of people, I love capturing landscapes, sunsets, cathedrals, and more.
During the rare occasion that I do not have a camera in my hand, I love taking walks on the beach, running, weightlifting, dancing in the rain, and embracing every moment.
Life is a gift, and the Giver is good.

I recently graduated college with a double major in Theology and Catechetics. I am now pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies with a concentration in Pope John Paul II's Theology of the Body.

I grew up in Massachusetts in a cute little coastal town on the beach!

I love spending time outside, taking walks in nature, and going hiking! One of my favorite ways to connect with God is through His beautiful creation :)

I used to be a gymnast, dancer, and cheerleader for many years. I love staying active and I enjoy running and weightlifting.
